Rails 2.3.5

Rails 2.3.5 changes:
  1. Minor Bug Fixes and deprecation warnings
  2. Ruby 1.9 Support
  3. Fix filtering parameters when there are Fixnum or other un-dupable values
  4. Improvements to ActionView::TestCase
  5. Compatiblity with the rails_xss plugin
